Entrees
2 cups rice
1.5 pounds chicken
1 head broccoli
8oz mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
8oz monterey jack cheese
Cook rice in rice cooker
Saute chicken in pan until browned but not quite cooked.
Saute broccoli until just cooked.
Saute mushrooms until all moisture is released. Add butter and cook until melted. Add flour and stir until no dry flour spots remain. Season with stuff. Slowly add 2 cups of milk, and then add cheese off heat.
Toss rice, broccoli, chicken, and mushroom sauce in bowl. Transfer to container and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
